How far they've fallen. Used to be the first place I'd go to buy clothes or Christmas gifts. For years. But I guess I'll take my busses elsewhere. No product in thr shelves and barely any staff. If you can find someone. They're either extremely hostile or can't seem to bothered to get off their phones long enough to even help anyone.

Ordered my glasses and they said 8-10 days. It has been 15 days and they do not answer their phones or messages. I have reached them a few times and they say they will check on them and call back. I already paid for them too. So today I will cancel this order and hopefully get my money back or report to bbb. Terrible customer service. I am so disappointed in Penny’s . They used to be a reliable company.
