Terrible customer service. Ruby is dismissive and manipulative. I just received a call from Ruby today inviting me back in for another appointment. I missed the call, but had to call back because I wanted my number removed from their system because of the terrible customer service I had received on the previous visit where I had tried to bring back glasses that hurt within the time limit, and Ruby just bent them, widened them and gave them back to me and said see how this works and if it doesn’t come back in a week and walked to another customer. When I did come back because they still hurt, she advised me that I could not return the glasses because it was over the time limit for the return. Also, the contact lenses that I got were blurry they were not for a stigmatism that I have and they said there was nothing they can do to replace them, and that I would have to buy new ones. Today she hung up on me when I told her to remove me from the system and was telling her why; mid conversation she puts the phone down and then a minute later you can hear the phone hanging up and then talking in the background. Dr. Kubo is excellent. Ruby needs to find a new way of dealing with customers or a new place of employment. And this is how she treats and autistic person so the business is not autistic friendly.

Dr. Kubo is now my doctor! I was very pleased he was patient and took his time during my eye exam and explained in detail what my eyes were now experiencing and showed concern for me. He is a very good doctor and he has a wonderful office assistant maryann. she was also patient and kind and went out of her way to help me find the right glasses i did not feel pushed out or just another number i felt like a patient getting treated with the right care from the right people. I have not seen this kind of team work and sincerity in a very long time. Thank you Dr. Kubo and Maryann! I give you both the highest recommendation!

Very positive experience - The optometrist was skilled, and he got my prescription just right, and found some issues with my eyes.
Two pairs of prescription glasses for $99 is ridiculously cheap. I am on a budget, and this was perfect. The frames were made in China, but they look great. I got the low-end plastic lenses, but they were not too thick (considering that I am 20/600). No-line progressive bifocals were included at no charge. I have had terrible progressives before, but these were perfect - I can use my laptop, smart phone, and drive, no problem.
If you want to upgrade, you can go with designer frames, Crizals, auto-tint, etc, but there is nothing wrong with the basic package. The staff was nice, and although the size measurement was not really scientific, they got it right, and the frames fit. I would recommend them to anyone.
