Everything about our experience at the Northpark Mall JCPenney Optical was great. The district Mgr was on site and very helpful. Ryan, the new Mgr was knowledgeable and friendly. The doc diagnosed some issues and ensured my new glasses were made to address those problems.

Have had good experience with JCP optical before but not at this location. 4 months after receiving my glasses, part of the arm started to split. Seems like an easy fix but when I went in, Kathrine informed me that I can pay for new frames or call their 800 numbers to complain. Or I guess I can just find a new place to get my glasses next time. That seems like the best option there.

My 102 year old grandma lost a screw from her frames and the lens popped out. The lady happily replaced it at no charge and cleaned the lenses for her. The glasses had not been purchased there but her next pair will be. Very nice!
