I really don’t understand the bad reviews, The people giving bad reviews for no reason. i went here to get my eyes checked, turns out I need glasses, order my glasses there the same day, 2 weeks later they called me, saying my glasses were ready for pickup. I then set my appointment at 1pm to pick my glasses up. I even arrived 30 min late and they still attended me. Really good service, really nice people. They might ask you that they might recommend certain options for your lenses that cost more, but it’s obviously optional.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and took the warranty. I also purchased the scratch gard. I went back to them and was told that I had to pay $ 160.00 To get them repaired. When I purchased the insurance I was not told that I had a deductible. Wwhn I called the corporate office that said their was nothing they could do for me I will never go back th th again
