Absolutely Wonderful!!!! First of all Janet, the Optician who runs the store is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly! She shows that people still care about what they do and about others! My rx is extremely difficult to fill, super strong with something called prism too. I was worried they would look super strong and clunky but with Janet’s expertise we chose a style that looks AMAZING on me AFTER the lenses were fit into it! The lenses look gorgeous! Not nearly as thick as I expected! The whole pair looks like fine jewelry for my face! I love them and I can see SO much better without headaches, eyestrain, and double vision!!! First time went to have my eye check. First at all doctor was late coming in. The office in back is so small, no room to maneuver around, also little stool you sit on to check pressure in your eye so slipper and has a wheel on it. safety issue of patient. and doctor did not even dilated my eyes to check. she said she doesn't recommend it. also they are still on paper so, it took her while to give me my prescription. when i as staff some question about my insurance they said only doctor can tell me about it. Would never go there again

I called for an appt and was asked about insurance. I said Medicare. They asked for my number and I gave it. I arrived for my appt and was told"Dr does not take Medicare..appt will cost $99". During exam was told I needed additional testing..cost $39. Last year they did take Medicare...my cost was $35. I ordered glasses, but when I came to pick them up, they were closed for lunch. I asked if I could sit and wait? No, I was told leave, come back in 1/2 hour. One of the associates is quite nice, but the new one, not so much.
