Made 2 appointments online, this was very simple to do. We were greeted when we entered the vision center and checked in right away. Both gentleman working the front desk we're very nice and we're personable with every customer. Dr. Harry Gray was very friendly and through with his exam. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his expertise. My family will be returning and giving referrals. He is an asset to JCPenney vision center.

I think I've been to every place in town. The doctor here is fantastic. The service was great. This is the ONLY place that's managed to figure out how to use my insurance correctly. No hard selling of extras. I hope the doc here doesn't retire any time soon. I'll definitely be back here next year.

I went to the Optical department to try on glasses frames. Two of my friends had bought their glasses there and they looked really nice so I tried on a lot of styles . But I didn't find anything that looked good on me.
