JEA ophthalmologist Dr. Phil Smith is friendly, outgoing, caring, respectful, and a skilled surgeon who specializes in cataracts and lasik. I can't brag about him enough! Optical shop and JEA physicians are located on the same floor. Botox available and highly recommended for those who suffer from migraines and is covered by medical insurance if given for migraines
