I have been seeing him since a teenager & always receive the same excellent & thorough service. Recently relocated to Fl and am sad to have to find another doctor

I’ve been a client since I was five years old. Great optometrist. New prescription glasses are on the way.

He is an excellent OD. Very professional and very experieced. He would explain everything to you of any questions that you want to know. Very nice and so kind and so polite to talk too. Highly recomend him to everyone.

He's been my eye doctor since I was a teenager and every eye exam has always been an amazing experience.

I had my exam last December, a month and a half ago. They told me to call in a week to see when to pick up my glasses. I have been calling regularly, left messages, and now the voicemail says its full. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone at all over the last month. I went by the office today and it was padlocked. I called my insurance and they told me he had submitted the claim for the exam and the glasses, so he got paid, but not even they can get in touch with him. I am planning to submit an insurance fraud claim at this point. Update: Took me a whole morning of sleuthing but I finally tracked them down. They moved elsewhere, changed their phone number, and didn't bother to tell anyone. When I tried to tell the, I guess, office manager so that hopefully they could remediate she basically claimed it was my fault for not being able to read their minds. Good doctor... well, not good, just not bad, nothing out of the ordinary... but his staff is atrocious. I wanted to have my eyecare with a local business, but I guess its back to a big box eyecare store for me...

I would give zero stars if i could. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Sagalow is an attentive, professional and personable optometrist. I rate his service 10 ot of 10. Been going to him for close to 10 years and recommend him to anyone.

Great doctor but terrible staff. They hardly pick up the phone.
