I can't comment on the Dr., only the office practices. I don't understand why the office makes appointments for 12pm, knowing that the daily scheduled lunch hours are from 12-1p, making their clients wait nearly an hour after completing 5-10mins of paperwork (which could easily have been completed online prior to the appointment). There were also two other sets of people in the office waiting at around 1215/1230 for Drs. who would not arrive until 1p. Terrible practice that shows a lack of respect for others time.

Such an incredible experience with Dr. Liu at Peninsula Laser Eye Medical Group. All of his staff were incredible, he was very knowledgeable, he and his team performed a very comprehensive exam. Super excited to get Lasik done with him - I feel very confident after meeting him! Thanks Dr. Liu.

Met the Dr and liked him immediately. Dr Liu is reassuring and takes the time I needed to understand the process I’d be going through; ie which lens to put in during my cataract surgery. The staff is amazing, from the front office to the techs and the surgery center! Just had my first cataract surgery 2 weeks ago and will have my other eye done soon. State of the art equipment , incredibly knowledgeable staff and they take the time to answer any questions! Everyone is so kind. The nurses at the surgery center, including the first darling woman one meets (Dorothy), are beyond attentive. I had Martha once in the center and she was so sweet and understanding of my nerves Thank you all for such a great experience. ( I don’t think it right that one puts less than 5 * without some sort of explanation!) Just finished second cataract surgery. Another success and the same feeling about everyone at the surgery center and the office. Dr Liu is wonderful. Thorough, smart, patient - all with a mix of humor. Two friends now go to him and they feel the same as I do.
