Wonderful doctor! She really cares about her patients, taking time to listen and explain. We’ve been to many specialists, and I always felt like they were in a rush, bit not Dr. Lin, she tried to look at the whole picture and it is so important for parents when you meet people like Dr. Lin and see that they really trying to help. I highly recommend her. She’s great.

Dr. Lin is phenomenal. She is highly skilled, kind, and patient. She takes the time to break down answers into digestible information for any question I might have related to my daughter's eyesight. In addition to her work as a medical professional, she is also a true advocate for children with disabilities and neurodiversity. They don't care about their patients, if the treatment didn't work, they don't care about overcharging. My son got many hives and his head swelled and they never return my call.

Here’s what you don’t do as a doctor. When an adult is calling you to get something that should’ve been taken care of as a child, don’t tell them you “won’t prioritize an adult”. Not every kid has parents. Not every kid has parents that take them to the doctors. It is not unreasonable for an adult to be taking care of things that should’ve been taken care of when they were three. This doctor’s office staff are a disgrace.
