I saw the one other review here that said this place was bad and I almost didn't go, but I am so glad that I did. That other review is definitely not a good one, because my experience was awesome. Better than any other eye care place I've been to. Apparently there have been some good management changes. The staff members here were very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was extremely nice. The place has a sort of casual atmosphere while still remaining professional, and there are plenty of frames to choose from. The entire appointment went very smoothly, and they really worked hard, and were very patient with the confusing process (I kept changing my mind) of getting me the best price on my glasses and contacts. Even when I had a problem with my receipt, where I found an unintended purchase, I called and they sorted the problem out immediately, giving me a refund. It was awesome. I really don't understand the other review for this place. I highly recommend it, and I'm writing this review because I hate to see a nice business like this lose money due to one negative review.

I went there with my husband on the 13th of August, the eye doctor was great and proficient. He gave us our prescription and we went on to order contacts. This is where the service went downhill. We ordered our contacts and told it would arrive on the 20th where they would call us and we could pick up our contacts. The 20th came and went, no big deal. Then 21st and 22nd. I called on the 24th and they said the shipment hadn't arrived yet. Okay, I called on the 26th and they said they had just gotten the shipment in and they had to sort the shipment and will call once it had been sorted. It was now the morning of the 28th and I called saying I need to pick up our prescriptions because we are moving out of town the next week. I stay on the phone with a gentleman who sounds like he was shifting through a big box of contacts which has yet to be organized, searching for our prescription. He finds one of our prescriptions but not the other. So he says he has to call the contacts representative and will call me back by the end of the day to let me know what is going on. I asked if he needed my number and he said he has it on my file. I did not hear back from them that day at all. Finally the contacts were situated and I go to pick them up. I spend 20 minutes waiting for the representative to dig around in their bins where they keep the contacts "organized" to find my prescriptions again... Bottom line, the actual exam was fine but the organization of the service representatives and the operation of the business needs some help. I will not be repeating business there again..

The so called GM is the most unprofessional person I ever encountered. She is rude with an attitude and short fused. He content of words are surreal! She needs to work with machinery and not people. She should have be swallowed at birth and not allowed in the human race.
