My children have been patients for years. Recently, the admin/business side of the practice has really degraded. I think there was a change in ownership. You can't get anyone on the phone and billing is a disaster. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming to talk to anyone. UPDATE The response below is not written by Dr. Marcus and is not helpful. I've contacted the practice several times and still waiting a call back from the in-office biller, however I've submitted a contact form as instructed.

They charge exorbitant amounts for eye exams. Be ware!

Such a wonderful experience! Brought my daughter in for an eye exam and to get new glasses. The girls are the desk were so friendly and helpful. Lisa and Dr Marcus were wonderful and made everything so easy for us. Christine from Optical was great! We weren’t thrilled with our last Optometrist so we are so happy we found a place we can stick with! Highly recommend!

My twins had a very thorough eye exam with Dr Marcus. Dr Marcus paid attention to detail, was very patient and kind with my children and answered all my questions! She’s an excellent doctor! We will definitely return and recommend to our family and friends!
