After many years of getting prescriptions from different optometrists, I will only go back to Dr. Joan Jen. She is the only one who ever did an excellent job the first time I saw her. She was precise and handled all of my prescriptions with ease. Each of my prescriptions were done correctly the first time and have been happy with the outcome. She is efficient, effective, and extremely pleasant to work with. I recommend her highly.
