Dr Jodi Shepard was great. You can tell that she loves her job by her level of excitement as she explains, at your comfort level, all the details of your examination and the condition of your eyes. She is very patient and extremely detailed and thorough. It is very easy to see that this isn't just her work, she genuinely wants to help and make a difference in the health and happiness of her patience life.

Best experience I have ever had. The most thorough exam ever. Very friendly service all the way around from the staff to the doctor. I loved my visit. I was bummed that they were out of network and I could afford to purchase my glasses from them. I will be back for my eye exams in the future. Keep up the amazing customer service... FIVE STARS!!!!

Arizbeth was professional and answered my questions about each of the tools being used. Dr. Shepard was very warm and welcoming. She provided a great experience by sharing her knowledge and educating me on the health and progression of my eye health.
