I had an appointment with Cathy Alexander this morning at 8:40 AM and I am very sick. Doing the right thing, I called at 8:00 AM to cancel. Here it is 8:44 AM. I have been on hold for 44 minutes!!!!! Now I am late and still no answer. Is anybody there???
