Amazing optometrist and person! My husband was having severe pain and major complications due to an eye procedure he had done somewhere else. Dr. Downer was able to meet with him exam his eye and help him with his pain. He referred us to a wonderful cornea specialist for the following day which in turn led to my husband’s eye being saved and an infection being caught. Can’t say enough good things!!
