Pleasant, friendly staff. Easy check in. First exam easy, optical tech was sweet and knowledgable. Place is clean. Always love Dr John Lee. He s sensible, easy exam. Explains everything. Has u get prescription glasses only when u really need them.

I had a thorough exam, very good explanation of what was going on and how to fix it. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. A special thank you to the 2 girls(I don't know names) who directed me out of the parking lot and back to 93. I'm not familiar with Medford and their help made it super easy.

I have similar experience with some of those previous patients with 2-3 star comments --- he came in a hurry and did not really care to explain or pay attention; yes, shrugging off a few times. Will not return. Office is good. Staffs are good.
