I have been with Granite Pointe eye care for over 10 years. The past year the quality of the patient experience has fallen to 2 stars (maybe lower). Appointments with Dr Okamoto are typically 20 - 35 minutes late. I ordered new lenses and they were ordered incorrectly and are being re-done. Not sure what is going on but looking for a new optometrist.
