The entire staff was welcoming and kind. I loved how knowledgeable and informative my Dr and his assistant were and the technology was impressive. After my exam the sales team were so great bringing me so many different frames to try on for my first time and they were so patient with me being indecisive and even gave me their opinions. The exam itself was wonderful. The doctor was simple, straightforward, and informative. I went in to get contacts, and the person helping me not only offered to help by giving me a visual of his own contacts, but was amazingly informative, helpful, and encouraging throughout. The monthly contacts I plan to get (that I currently have a one week trial for) feel amazing and are extremely easy to take care of.
