Didn’t even see the doctor. The appointment was for 10:30 AM. About an hour hour of waiting, the person behind the counter wanted to see my insurance card because it was showing “inactive” on my insurance’s site. Turns out she was entering the wrong number. About half an hour later, a lady waiting near me asked them how many persons were ahead of her and she was told one. I asked what time was her appointment and she said 10:00. They took her in and shortly after, one more person. That’s when I asked when was I going to be seen. I was told there was one more person ahead of me. So... they scheduled four persons between 10:00 and 10:30??! I walked out of there. I rated this place one star because there’s no option for zero stars.

Employee Mary in front desk . Is disorganized and has obviously pick the wrong profession. And once but twice did they call patients that walked in after other patients had been waiting for more than 2 hours. And when asked by an elderly person as to why? She was very dismissive and the overwhelming appearance was all over her face. Dr. Or office manager Needs to take a serious look at how patients are being spoken to.
