If I could give Jose Mayan zero star I would!!! He is the most impatient rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with! He was of no help and after 2 visits and bad attitude I still don’t have a solution to my eye problem… he would not follow through with the procedure he scheduled me for and said I had to go to the hospital because I was being uncooperative when he was the one doing all the yelling for absolutely no reason. I definitely would not recommend him! He needs to retire already!

Went 3 times with no resolution to my watery eye problem!! He is very impatient and in a rush ! Very disappointed with him as he was of no help and very unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Mayans has been caring for my retinal detachment follow ups since 2014. From being referred to him being super nervous and distraught from day one knowing I needed emergency surgery within days, his expertise, passion and professionalism put my family and myself at ease. He is very thorough and goes in depth regarding the procedure that he will be doing. He has an amazing staff and team that are very caring, knowledgeable, passionate, courteous and professional at what they do. Appointments are always on time, have not waited more than 30 minutes, followups are thorough, and he sends you on your way once your appointment is done. Thank you so much Dr. Mayans and your staff for everything that you've done for me and continue to do. I recommend him and his team 100%!
