I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for almost 20 years. He is thorough, knowledgeable and answers questions in a way I can understand. He is very friendly and truly cares about his patients eye health. His staff is competent and efficient. Definitely recommend.

My three children and I have seen Dr. Phillips for our annual eye exam for the past 4 or 5 years. Every visit has been a wonderful experience!!! Everyone is kind and professional!!
