They should specify their business hours! It's open for sales, but if you come for a prescription, you'll waste your time. They won't help you. I arrived at 6 and they wouldn't help me without an appointment, even though there was no one there... THIS IS NOT A FAKE. I'M SAYING THAT WHEN I ARRIVED, THE MAN WAS STILL THERE, AND THEY DIDN'T HELP ME BECAUSE APPOINTMENTS WERE ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 5. THAT'S WHY I SAY, UNTIL 5 WITH AN APPOINTMENT... AFTER THAT, IT'S JUST SALES.

Best Eye Doctor around Jackson Heights. The doctor is very genuine and treats you like family. Awesome service and quality without breaking the bank. The doctor offers a free eye exam when you buy glasses or contacts. If you walk around Roosevelt Avenue, they'll charge you around $50.00. My friends, the doctor is a good person and treats clients like family. He gives discounts and doesn't charge for the eye exam if you buy glasses, contacts, or contact lenses. Around Roosevelt and 37th Street, most doctors will charge you for your eye exam. I highly recommend him.

I walked in for a regular eye check up and had a wonderful experience. All staff members are extremely professional and courteous. I didn’t have to wait long for my turn. After the eye checkup, I was explained in detail what kind of glasses would benefit me best and they also helped me choose my frame. Everyone here has a lot of knowledge and expertise and they were able to answer all my questions/ doubts. I would definitely recommend JS optical to everyone! The frames are extremely trendy and and affordable and good quality too.

Bought a pair of glasses for $100. Nothing too fancy, no brand but it is what I was looking for. Friendly sales person and eye doctor. Took one star off because the first time I received my pair it was not the correct prescription. Redid my eye exam and now I can see clearly!

I like the fact that’s a family owned optical store and not those chain stores where they rise their prices for no reason. They honestly have pretty good prices for name brand frames and the staff know what they’re doing. I’m pretty happy with their services... I would highly recommend coming here.
