Rude, Condescending, Dismissive And Presents A Clear Lack Of Empathy & Sympathy For Her Patients. While Attempting To Answer Questions, She Would Dismiss What I Was Saying With “Ohhh, Okay” & Skip To Next Question; Without Any Response From Me. She Made Me Feel So Uncomfortable, I Cancelled All My Upcoming Appointments & Filed A Formal Complaint. If A Person Wishes To Pursue A Career In Health Care, You Should “Care” About The Work You Do, Correct? Disrespect On Such A Level Should Really Be Evaluated By Administration.

Oh my, I don't even know where to start,, Patty the office assistant for the dental office..Is such a great worker she is great ..She gave me all the information I needed. She was very clear and patient with us She should be an example to everyone out there who works with the public...

If you want anything done just go over there DON'T CALL! It is the most fustrating experience I ever had and if what you are calling for Isn't on their VERY limited menu options then welcome to hell. I wanted to call for behavioral health but there is no option for it on the menu option. It's in the clinic I can literally see it in their effing main lobby that's easy to work with but calling. HELL NO! They need to change this so that there is an option to contact their behavioral health site in THEIR CLINIC NOT A CALL CENTER instead of making you wait on one line with a bunch of other callers calling for other reasons THAT WAY it can make things faster and convenient for ALL of us. The place is great it's just their automated phone menu system that's a problem.
