Extremely unprofessional and rude staff, wouldn't give me my physical script to buy glasses elsewhere, and then proceeded to prescribe me with an inaccurate script! My glasses were fine but the staff was rather rude when I called asking if they were ready. My contacts on the other hand, I said how I prefer 2 week contacts but he wouldn't prescribe me them because they are "going to be a thing of the past". Everywhere else I've asked said they have them. My contacts script had me down with two different scripts per eyes, but yet once I called to get my contacts they told me they just gave me the same script for both eyes because it was "similar enough".

A Customer Service Training would be handy for front desk Staff: I have a passion to support local businesses to thrive. However, the main front desk older lady is a bit borderline rude. I have my Silouette eyeglasses lenses made from this location. Oh and she reminded me it’s expensive. Nevertheless I am happy with my lenses so far. Unfortunately I broke my Silouette frame and wanted to get a similar frame but using my currently lenses. I asked her how much the approximate cost. She replied, “ What? I’m sorry, I’m kinda lost here.. I can’t run it with the insurance since you have not made any physical purchase yet - that would be a false claim! I certainly did ask her to do that. That would be unnecessary to say to a customer who wants to know the approximate cost of the products and services. I totally understand if she cannot answer my question; but, the demeaning attitude I can’t hardly get over it. So, I gracefully cancel my eye exam appointment I made that day and did not buy anything and left because I cannot deal with her for 1 more minute. I just have to avoid this kind of individual and not to respond with same level of rudeness.

Take your business elsewhere…. As an established patient I was turned away because of insurance changes (which I was understand is out of their control) but then was told I wasn’t going to have luck finding a single doctor who will accept said insurance because it’s “too new”. Went in today to ask for my medical records and was told no. Asked if I could have the number for billing to have them mail any of my records to me, which was countered with a dramatic, “I AM billing”. Understood they had no interest in helping me, so I politely thanked the staff member - for her to not say anything to me. Degrading and a waste of time. Find a helpful doctor and office, which isn’t this establishment.
