Dr.Chen and her staff have always been amazing, she is kind and patient and really cares about her patients. She has taken care of my daughter, her older sister and myself for a few years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They are very busy! But she takes her time when she’s with you. As far as those bad reviews, they let you know if the glasses may take long. They literally told me that last year with everything that’s been going on. The gentleman that does the fittings is great! He not only helps you choose but helps you pick one that will look great on you as well. They were very kind and patient with my daughter. I’m getting ready to set up my annual visit with them very soon! Thank you Dr.Chen and staff…We'll see you soon!

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! My father went into have a plastic piece fixed on his glasses. He was talking with a young lady, when a rude arrogant person at the desk yelled it will be 3 to 5 business days. My father did not realize this person was talking to him. The rude arrogant person yelled at my father again " it's going to be 3 to 5 business days do you want to leave them or what? My father I'm sure stood up for himself as best as possible and ended up leaving. He was also told to never come back! If something would of happened to my 75 year old father on his way home I would be beyond writing a bad review on Google. I decided to try and contact the place of business and this arrogant person was incredibly disrespectful to me on the phone and hung up on me. I called back and requested to speak with the Doctor herself and was hung up on again. I will be speaking with my insurance provider and continue to write negative reviews. There is no reason to ever treat anyone the way we have been treated. I definitely have some tact so I will not go into calling that person any other derogatory names. I hope Dr. Chen decides to contact me herself. I would appreciate and I'm looking forward to that conversation. You just don't treat people like there animals. I know my father and he might be a know it all but he definitely did not treat them the same way.
