Dr. Kagan has changed my life both mentally and physically! I was very pleased with my experience and absolutely love all the staff at Kagan institute. I can be a hard critic of myself and have low self esteem, as many of us do. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling myself.
