Update your hours on Google, please! Wish I had seen the review from a YEAR ago with the photo of the hours before I drove 25 minutes to get there at 6:30 pm. I drove there to pick up glasses that I was told couldn't be shipped to me. Because the hours posted online are wildly incorrect, I ended up having to make 2 trips instead of the zero I wanted to to retrieve them.

This location is a joke. We’ve been a Kaiser member for a lot of years with great experience until now, at this particular location. The only nice people here are the front desk and a nurse who tried to help ( I don’t know his name). We came in on time for the appointment and waited almost 20 minutes in the room. So I finally asked the nurse, and she told me the doctor was still with the previous patient because the ultrasound machine didn’t work properly. Fine, this happens and it’s what it is. So I didn’t blame anyone there, and I just told the nurse we need to leave by 3:45pm since I had another appointment at 4 o’clock. Here came the bizarre thing: the nurse rolled her eyes and acted as if I did something wrong. She even had the nerve to tell me I should have allowed more time for waiting this kind of unexpected thing. Seriously? When I asked her to reschedule the appointment, she kept saying she would call me later rather than doing it onsite. I asked why, and she said it would take a while. I insisted rescheduling on-site and it ended up only took 2 minutes. I received 0 apology from her and she tried to make it like it was my fault. I really don’t understand if that’s the way Kaiser trained their employee—being snobbish and passing the buck? Or it’s because I’m Asian and you think Asians are easy to deal with? Btw, don’t even try to delete my review here. I have all the proof regarding this issue; I’ll also continue report and complain this to a higher authority.

Obvious racism in Kaiser , the clerk who check me in has double standard , I came earlier and she told me the imaging machine that has assigned to you has delayed but another patient came and told him the imaging machine you are assigned is on time… which is unacceptable
