I left after a long wait. Was advised it could be yet another hour. Could not even look at frames until my number was called. So I gave up and left. I can’t understand why they don’t at least schedule appointments. This business would not last a month in the market place.

Pros: they helped fix an issue with glasses lens that I had with no hassle. Helped me find a model of discontinued frames to save me a visit
Cons: Waited a long time for another pair of glasses, despite being told multiple times that it would be delivered much sooner
Overall, quite happy with this place
