Lousy staff. I feel taken advantage of, I have a serious degenerative disease of the eye, the failed to provide me proper resources and failed to mention there are other facilities that perform the vital procedure that I need. Garbage

I just had the best experience yesterday while getting my prescription glasses. The staff was super friendly. I showed my broken glasses to the lady who help me. She took him to the back and fix them for free for me. She didn’t have to do that ... talk about going the extra mile

My ophthalmology appointment on September 18th turned into one of the best overall medical visits for three reasons. Thao navigated me through corridors with friendly ease and turned the tests into play. Dr. Desai has an easy grace, explaining my present visual state and future for cataract surgery with simple clarity. Angela was warm, welcoming and sensitive with Covid and flu injections resulting in small pinches instead of jabs. Thank you as all my senses appreciated! :)
