My daughter had appointment on last Monday at 9:30 AM, she got there 15 minuter earlier but no one there till 10:45 AM. Just surprise what kind of doctor office is this and no staff even doctor on time on their job? I'm not recommended this place, it's suck..

Karina was such a pleasure to work with! I showed her a photo of the frame style I was looking for and she immediately knew which pair they had available that matched it. The frames felt a bit tight around my temples, but she offered to adjust them and they ended up fitting perfectly. When we sat down to finalize the order, she recommended the necessary upgrades and I really appreciated her honesty during that step. Karina was enthusiastic, professional, and sweet throughout the entire experience! Karina was a 5/5 but I'm giving this review a 4/5 due to the limited selection of frames at the Fremont location.

Samuel Jones was great. He took me outside the later appointment time we had. He applied all the discounts. He offered recommendations. He worked efficiently. He also helped my wife, who did not have an appointment. All with a smile!

Sent me to multiple stations and stayed on call for 45 minutes and got no where

Service is good but be prepared to wait for long time even with a confirmed appointment. I have visited the ophthalmology department only. No experience about optical department. Both are on second floor. Inside the building is very neat and clean. Plenty of space for seating in the waiting area. Overall the building is In convenient location. It’s very easy to find. There are drop off box for your old/used eyeglasses and hearing aids at the building entrance. Little difficult to find a parking but valet parking services available.

Had an appointment right after they get back from lunch. They’re suppose to open the center back at 1:15 but I saw them walking back in from lunch at 1:20 & 1:25 then getting to the counter to open the center.

Very good service and staff. Really appreciate 5 stars+
