What is happening with Kaiser? Getting a vision exam seems to be impossible. Past experience was always good, but now I will have to go elsewhere because of no service by Kaiser.

First visit to get my eyeglasses with Richard Putnam. He was nice but got charged without my insurance benefits basically paying full price. Eyeglasses came 2 weeks later and I couldn't see. Made an appointment with a different person Dan Nulty. Dan was very helpful. Got my refund from the insurance benefits and told me whoever put my prescription in the system did it wrong by Reading instead of Distance. Will have to wait another 2 weeks for them to ship my eyeglasses. 3 stars for now until I get my eyeglasses.

Kaiser is a joke now looks to be more of a place where they say just give me your money and get out. There maybe better departments in here that are better but if you bundle your health and eye care with Kaiser good luck.
