Very detailed and thorough exam. I felt very comfortable and was treated with kindness and professionalism. I was asked several times before and during the exam if I had any questions or concerns. And everything going on was addressed and explained.

Met with Dr. Hsai in opthamalogy today to determine the need for cataract surgery. The intake technician was very thorough, explained each procedure, and, very nice. The Dr. was also very professional, thorough and answered my questions; also very nice.

Without my hearing aids, life gets more difficult. Like any tool, they have an occasional problem. Then I just drop them off at the Hearing Aid Center.
So this Monday, I dropped them off and by Wednesday morning received a call to pick them up! There is always some one at the front desk to take my aids and return when ready.
Getting my "ears" is wonderful and a delight to have this service so close to home with a wonderful staff!
