I saw Dr. Goldberg in her Mineola office twice within 3 weeks' time span for a headache and intermittent vision loss. She examined my eyes twice, and claimed there's nothing wrong. On her clinical notes from the last visit, she did not take heed of alarm symptoms, described my condition as a low priority, and referred me to a neuro-ophtalmologist with two months' wait time. Three days later, I ended up in a hospital with optic nerve damage and permanent partial vision loss due to the missed diagnosis, because optic disc edema was not noticed 3 days before the permanent vision loss - even though the symptoms persisted for more than a month, and massive swelling was detected at the hospital. She failed to record photographs of the eyes, leaving only written notes (which were incorrect) of the appointment. Stay away from this doctor. Negligent!
