Would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. The doctor (Karlik) has terrible bedside manner. My glasses broke days after I received them (just a missing screw from the arm) it took them over three months to repair them. They never bothered to contact me. After months without contact or glasses I dropped in and got some lame excuse that the person I worked with (three months prior) was no longer working there... what does that have to do with my glasses being fixed for a missing screw?! I just wanted my money back, they ignored that request and took another three weeks to contact me to tell me my glasses were ready. I never picked them up... I’m just disgusted with this place. Won’t be back there for any more annuals for me or my three daughters.

I keep calling them, they answer but they put me on hold and after 2 minutes and have they hang up on me I keep doing that for over five times no response
