I am very satisfied with this establishment. I get my glasses here every two years, and the customer service is exceptional. During my last visit, Emily assisted me and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Her exceptional customer service is commendable.

The best I've ever been to!! Can't rave about them enough. Dr Kascius is top notch. He found the perfect prescription for my good eye in just a minute or so with no fuss, and took the time to work out a solution for my bad eye, correcting it as much as possible, and followed up with laying out a strategy for resolving the issue with my bad eye. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I picked out a budget frame, very good quality for a great price, and when I tried it on, one of the staff suggested, quite correctly, that I should go a size smaller, and then went to find different color options for that frame. They were also able to rush my lenses for a little bit extra, since I needed them within a few days. Very satisfied.

They are the absolute best for eye care! They are so hospitable and kind. The prices are great! With one eye exam I got lenses, and a box of contacts. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for eye care. 💜 …

I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience here. I originally came in to pick up my contacts, but it took about 20–30 minutes just for anyone to acknowledge me or help me. I was sitting there waiting while staff continued having a personal conversation with someone who did not appear to be in line or waiting for service. I eventually had to get up and alert them that I needed help. While I was there, I was persuaded to get an eye exam. During the exam, the doctor made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on my eyes and explaining my prescription or exam results, he kept making inappropriate comments about a female staff member. He repeatedly compared me to her, made comments about her appearance, and said things that felt sexual and unprofessional. I came in for an eye exam, not to hear a doctor comment on a staff member’s body or attractiveness. He also kept trying to involve the front desk staff member or assistant in parts of my exam in a way that made me uncomfortable. I had to clearly say that I did not want the desk staff doing my eye exam and that I was there to be seen by the doctor. At the end of the visit, the doctor did not explain my prescription, tell me much about my eye health, or print out my prescription. He simply walked out. I had to go to the front desk and ask for my prescription information myself. Thankfully, the front desk staff member printed it for me. This was not my first uncomfortable experience here. During a previous visit, a staff member tried to charge me for contact lens training even though I repeatedly explained that I already knew how to put in contacts. I felt like my contacts were being withheld unless I agreed to pay for a lesson I did not need. Overall, this office has felt unprofessional more than once. I did not feel respected, informed, or comfortable as a patient.

Dr. Kascious provided an excellent experience from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and organized. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with care and patience. It’s clear that Dr. Kascious genuinely cares about their patients and their eye health. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate eye doctor.

Dr Kascius was my Eye Dr. And Friend For Over 30 yrs He Passed away last year from a fall But his Friend ❤️Dr. M.B. Suthar has Taken Over❤️ He is educated beyond Optometrist but he won’t tell you that … Thank You So Much.. Now today my husband and I went to Dr Suthar and let me tell you my contacts OMG I can see so good…Better then ever. Mario got a great check up and new glasses. Also the Staff Dr Suthar’s Asst.
