I would have recommended this practice; however, the customer service/experience does not seem to be consistent. I would get a different answer from a different employee in regards to the same question. My lenses were scratched the first week I had them and immediately called the office as I was 'sold on' they wouldn't scratch with the quality I chose. They apologized and had the lense replacements in less than 2 weeks. My lenses have never seemed like great quality and since I had new insurance I just asked to once again replace the lenses to pop into the frames I just got in the Spring. I went into the office in January and was told to call and make an appointment after 1/31. Well go figure...they aren't accepting my insurance now. They could have in January. Coincidence ?

Been with Kathleen since I was a child. Always one time if not sooner fast and thorough exams. The other staff members are nice and respectful. I like this place alot.
