I could not get over how pleasant everyone was in the office. From the reception desk to the tech to the doctor, everyone truly seemed to enjoy what they do. The office was near and clean, with lots of space to spread out. We did not wait long to be called back. We were not rushed. Check out was a breeze. Two thumbs up!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My grandmother who has serious health problems, who is also 86 years old visited this establishment as she has for the last 20 years or more due to an emergency. She has a blood vessel in her eye that has seem to pop, it is very noticeable and concerning especially at her age. She was turned away due to her missing the grace period, did I mention she doesn’t drive? She relies on others for transportation, I understand there are rules. However we are all human, where is the compassion? Then to threaten to charge her, because she ran late? I wonder if they charge or discipline their employees when they run late. I am not one to complain or ask for special treatment, but where is the loyalty? Our entire family visits this establishment. Did anyone even take the time to see how bad her eye looks? What if it was your mom or grandma? It seems as though everyone has stellar reviews about this establishment, however I am very disappointed. My grandmother didn’t even complained, she understood! I just wonder how will a place with no compassion or human relationship continue to thrive ?

Great experience and staff. Was seen in timely manner and was very professional and warm. My toddler even enjoyed it as the appointment was hers. Would recommend them to anyone. Joleene Q.
