Received extremely poor customer service from Jessica. Communication skills were rude, and not professional at all. Business has also been closing earlier than business hours posted which makes it a huge inconvenience prior being notified that my pickup would be ready to pick anytime during business hours. However, they told me to return the following Monday instead for pickup. Will not be returning to this location any longer.

Most places help straighten your glasses on good principle. This place charged me $10 and made glasses worse
