Cha Cha Jean

Was shopping around Target on a Tuesday when we saw the Optometry department. The man noticed us checking it out and offered to schedule an appointment if we were interested. I figured why not since I hadn't gotten an eye exam in 4 years, and it seemed very convenient since it was inside Target. It was quick and easy to schedule and came back the next day for my eye exam, which was quick and easy as well. The doctor was very helpful and made the process simple to understand. I really enjoyed how they didn't pressure us into getting frames right there and then, but I decided to look around. They were really friendly and helpful, showing different frame options and colors they had. I ended up getting frames there because of how easy and comfortable I felt. Picked them up less than a week later, and I love my new glasses. Thanks for the help!

Dr. Keane exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with my previous optometrist but had to switch due to insurance. I was very nervous about trying someone new, but I couldn’t be more happy with Dr. Keane! She’s lovely, knowledgeable, and provided great insight and advice, and my 11-yo loved her too.

The doctor was outstanding. She answered all our questions and made my son feel very comfortable. She explained all the steps of the process to him as they went through the exam. The staff in the front had the same great customer service. They answered all our questions and helped my son find glasses that worked for him.
