It was an extremely pleasant experience, and hope to come back for my youngest ones contact fitting soon. I have taken my children to quite a few other offices in town, but they absolutely loved the welcoming and friendly atmosphere at Kell Opticals, and when it came time to pick out the the frames for his glasses, the guidance and navigation along with the selection were wonderful. 10/10 service and quality.

I can not rave enough about Dr. Staples and his staff. I called around as I needed a same day appointment due to my glasses breaking. They were able to work me in within an hour. Pam was amazingly nice and helpful. She was willing to customize my glasses and help me find the perfect pair. She truly went above and beyond. Dr. Staples was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and personable. He addressed issues that I was unaware of and provided an easy treatment plan. He also got me laughing and made the appointment so fun. This office truly cared about my needs and ensured all of them were handled with care and efficiency. This office works together to ensure your appointment runs quickly and smoothly. I can not recommend them enough! Amazing experience!!!

I will definitely return to Kell Optical. Pam gave me all the help needed in picking out my glasses. She took into account the size and shape of my head, my coloring and lifestyle. The rest of the staff is friendly and great to work with.

Just have to say absolutely the best place in town to get your glasses and contacts. They are amazing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and great prices. Will definitely be returning in the future and will be sending anyone I know to them.
