I think they need to know what costumer service is!! I got a very bad experience and a bad treatment by them, been told how are they treat people in a bad behavior, but i know the doctor she is good so i decided to make an appointment there ,I called the esat Windsor location to schedule an appointment because it's close to my house, I appeared 15 min before the appointment time and find the place closed! , called their phone , the receptionist told me they are located in Vernon! she told me to drive to there it's take 20 min and I will be within the 10 min after appointment time that allowed in their policy, I reached within time after a rush drive, the receptionist told me I'm sorry we can't do eye exam today because they put a patient in front of me ( using my time) the receptionist said" I will not argue with you but we can't make it, let's do reschedule" , WHY YOU DONT TELL ME THAT ON PHONE SO I SAVE THAT 20 MIN DRIVE!!! and they are not even sorry! I canceled everything

Dr. Kelly is a wonderful and thoughtful eye doctor. She has helped me try to find new contacts when I began having issues with my prior ones. She was also instrumental in helping to address an eye allergy issue I had. Love working with her!

Details are below, but in a nutshell:- 1-They were not very understanding. 2-Was denied service for something they were in fault for. 3-Was not given enough information at the time of rescheduling. So, we had a follow up appointment scheduled for my daughter in June 2021 back in Dec or Jan. Later this year, they give me a call to reschedule it, which I was more then happy to do so, except they could not find anything before our traveling plans would begin, bringing us to today's appointment Sep-24-2021. I was late exactly 13 min. I had called a head of time to tell them that I was going to be 10-15 min late, they said up to 10 min is ok. When I reached them, I tried pleading to start the appointment, telling them the reason I was running late, they would not budge ((but when keeping the appointment was hard from their end, I happily agreed to what was accommodating to them at that point in time.)) Then they tell me " because my daughter's "follow up window" had passed", they are not able to see her until December due to the insurance counting it as a routine appointment rather than a follow up , and that today's visit was not going to work too. My daughter is complaining about her eye sight and they still refused to give me a sooner date then late November (( which the receptionist would go on to tell me it will be OUT OF POCKET too)), we were UNAWARE of the follow-up window, had we known, we would have gotten her seen back in June and NEVER agreed to reschedule. I wonder why this all suddenly became an issue when I arrived, why was this not made clear to me back in June, or better yet, when they sent a reminder for today's appointment. Maybe if I looked a little more like them, things would have gone smoother!
