I had the best experience and I was a first time patient, the entire office was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jorge Bacallao was amazing very nice and showed a lot of concern for my issues! I would definitely recommend this eye specialist if you have any concerns with your eyes!

I had an 800AM appointment made 9 months ago & arrived at a full waiting room. Asked the nasty receptionist if this was going to be a problem & was told it would be a problem for me due to recent eye surgeries. They could have called to advise that my appointment would be delayed but being that they are racking in the money my examination wasn't worth the effort! I do not recommend this office nor their staff!!

Excellent service, the staff is always very welcoming and professional. Dr Shani Reich is an amazing doctor, i highly recommend her !! She's very caring and pleasant to go visit. NO long waiting time!!
