Family of three have been patient for years. Then in last few years, I have to waste 10-15 minutes to answer and provide irrelevant information as part of "REGISTRATION" for appointment. Not gonna waste my time for data mining, and have to provide information that not for eye appt visit. I walked out from schedule appt when the lady ask for me to provide medical ins card. I have vision insurance card on file for years, bills were paid on time. A check-in should be treatment and finance agreement, a one minute not 10. Don't waste my time as I won't waste yours with stupid questions. It's principle thing for me.

After the initial check in and preliminary measurements by the technician, both my wife and I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. I was wondering what I would do when everyone left, the lights turned out, and the doors locked. When the doctor finally appeared, I received excellent eye care. The bifocal contacts are expensive, but worth it to not have to use reading glasses to see close up.

The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the opthalmologist assistant and the eye doctor were super kind and thorough with their job! However, this place screams scam. There was a lot of information that didn't add up and they charged me for additional testing that I didn't consent to prior. They also somehow said I "bought glasses" in January when I hadn't been in since August of 2022 and said that my insurance "couldn't cover it because I bought imaginary magical glasses" in January (never came in January). I wouldn't recommend going here to buy glasses or contacts unless you want to be scammed out of money. The lady, Rachel who fitted me for my glasses isn't very empathetic or kind either and will talk down on you and gaslight your concerns.
