Condescensing. Poor customer service skills. Appointments booked months in advance and then no reminder...then they charge you $50 if you miss an appointment. They admitted to doing this all the time...nice little racket they have going.

Dr. Varr and his staff are amazing. They are friendly and very attentive to your needs and questions. I highly recommend this practice!
