I’ve been a customer for the past 30 years and am appalled at the amount of negative reviews I’ve read below so I have to comment on the blatant ignorance on some of them. If you are looking for a proper office with quadrillion name-brand options, speedy service, and great customer service then this is not the place for you. However, if you are someone who is in need of basic eyewear and are paying out of your own pocket (like me) then this IS the place for you because they offer rock-bottom prices you won’t get anywhere else. My age-progression lenses cost $180 here but other places want to charge me $600. Sue is the only reception and although she’s never given me any issues, I have seen her give an attitude back to customers who weren’t so kind to her. This is one of the very few optical clinics that accept free state insurance and many of them think they deserve 5-star care even though they are not paying for it, or are foreigners from a third world country who do not know our customs and are very rude themselves. Businesses do not have interpreters because you are living in an English-speaking country so it is your job to learn how to communicate with us. If we don’t understand you, it is you who needs to do better. You cannot get angry with us because we don't understand you when YOU came to an English-speaking country. If I were to move to Spain, I would be expected to speak Spanish–it’s no different. This eye clinic provides basic care at the cheapest prices – you get what you pay for so don’t expect to be treated like a priority client - it’s first come, first served, or see an aesthetically pleasing office because it’s a basic waiting room with 1 display rack of cheap frames. Just be kind and they will be kind in return.

glad I read the reviews now. The eye doctor was nice but reception is just so bad. I wanted to schedule an appointment and the lady just seemed so mad and done. like where’s your energy, noones gonna come here if you act like this. Making me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Get a new receptionist or let her know she gotta change her whole attitude.

Reception and doctor are absolutely worst people. Please don’t come to this place at all. They will treat you horrible from the very beginning. Sue is the receptionist who obviously doesn’t care, Dr.Armor or whatever his name is also doesn’t care for their patients. I’m no expert on businesses management but I’m sure they will not last long if they keep treating their clients this way. I would rather be blind than come here.
