I had to cancel/leave two appts this week after waiting 45 minutes past the appt time. Not a word from the desk on how much longer it may be, or anything. Perhaps if the doc was going to be this late, then be proactive and call the patient to inform them, versus having them sit and wait in the office. Terrible service.

Very disappointed. They refused my insurance from well known provider. Also waited over an hour for the doctor to enter the examination room, and when I complained he raced in, obviously overlooked that I was there. Never phoned in my prescription for eye drops. I could go on, but I will end with just, I DO NOT recommend. Absolutely not!

So very slow. It's 11:50, appointment at 10. Told to come in early, around 9:30. I'm still waiting. Office ran out of seats, and some patients have to stand. Soooooo slooooooww.
