The Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation is a charitable non-profit organization founded in 1954. It provides vision services through education, detection, prevention and treatment. Its programs include the Kentucky KidSight vision screening program, the Vision Van screening program, the Patron Fund Program for medically necessary eye surgeries, the Holloran Trust Fund, and a Low Vision Clinic.

The Foundation serves children and adults in financial need across Kentucky. Executive Director Lindy Lamkin leads the organization, and Karen Hayse serves as KidSight Program State Coordinator and Holloran Trust Committee Coordinator. The Holloran Trust Fund assists low-income blind residents of Louisville and surrounding Kentucky and Indiana counties.
