I called many times to make an appointment, I provided my information and never called me back. A week ago a very kind woman who works there have me a good price for the visual exam, today I called and another worker gave me another price twice as expensive. Thanks but goodbye.

Have tried calling this place for questions several times, at different times during the week and have never received an answer. Seems to be a recurring issue at this location.

Been over 3 weeks since I did my eye glasses waiting for a call since no one answers the phone and there is no voice mail

I took my whole family here last July and even though it took an hour for the four of us to be be seen it was great! I have been told by so many eye doctors I had a thin eye muscle and would need surgery. And this Doctor told me everything was great! What a relief! The doctor was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the appt fun and easy. The tests were not uncomfortable or unpleasant. All I needed was reading glasses but they came in quickly and I love them! My kids and husband had a good time as well and we were very happy and enjoyed the quality of care and efficiency of this doctor and her team. Great experience!!

Never answer their phones nor return phone calls. I literally have to drive to their location for any kind of assistance.
