Dr. Kiggins is a very welcoming person. I called him going in with out any knowledge of optometry and came out very well informed. Dr.Kiggins is open to questions and is easy to conversate with. He is very reasonable and does not force you to buy anything. I booked a same day appointment. You can expect the examination to be around 40-70 minutes long. He did a very in depth examination of my eyes. If I would have gone to a different location, I definitely would not have received the same quality.

I have a difficult prescription and he nails it Everytime. He rocks as an eye doctor plus he's a gentle, sweet soul.
